PERSONAL INFORMATION

INTRENEX is a website that was created by the German Marc Muncke, born on 01.08.1967 in Antibes, France (“me”). I grew up in Munich, Germany and went to a scientific high school that I finished in 1987. I am currently working as a software developer for an Austrian company and do the work “here” in my spare time so please be gentle when you do not receive a reply the very moment that you contact me

. I have a degree in “supply technology” from the Fachhochschule für Technik (technical high school) in Esslingen, Germany and my title is Dipl.-Ing.(FH). The title was obtained after successfully submitting a thesis creating a software system using 3-D vision in the process of thermal power system refurbishing. That was in 1997. Since then I moved to Austria and I have lived in Vienna ever since. I studied at the University of Vienna for some time and acquired a knowledge of higher mathematics and thermodynamics

. I also have an apprenticeship as a farmer from the Landwirtschaftliche Fachschule Grottenhof Hardt (the Grottenhof Hardt Agricultural vocational college)in Graz, Austria, so I can claim to have some agricultural knowledge

TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL OF INTRENEX

These INTRENEX Terms of Service comprise a legal agreement between you and INTRENEX and govern your use of INTRENEX. By registering to a INTRENEX service, you agree to be bound by the terms of these terms of service and any additional terms, as modified from time to time. If you do not agree to either these Terms of Service or the Additional Terms do not register for or use the INTRENEX services. INTRENEX is an internet service provided by Marc Muncke and made available under the terms and conditions of this user contract. This document alone and no other constitutes a relationship as user with the company INTRENEX.

By accessing the INTRENEX site, whatever the Internet address or URL used, and/or buying response units you accept to be bound by all the terms of this user contract.

INTRENEX is made up of Web sites and Web pages operated by INTRENEX and its affiliates and of various products and services which are provided by INTRENEX, its affiliates or third party service providers. These Web sites, Web pages, products and services will be collectively referred to in this Agreement as “INTRENEX” or the “INTRENEX system.” “You” means you, your company, your employees, and anyone who has access to use your INTRENEX account. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to subscribe to and use any INTRENEX service or product, or be accompanied by an adult while doing so.

PURPOSE

INTRENEX is an open Platform that will provide a new financing model to finance the fast global transition to a WWS [1] energy supply. The main idea of this transition is the concept of an international supergrid connecting regions with high WWS [1] energy potential to the consumers of WWS [1] energy via a network of HVDC lines. This concept is mainly based on the thesis of Dr. Gregor Czisch. I am in close relation with Mr. Czisch about the project but he is currently not an employee of INTRENEX. The INTRENEX enterprise might be labelled as a “green fintech”.

SYSTEM FAILURE

In no event shall INTRENEX or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation:

* damages for loss of use, data, accounts, revenues or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of INTRENEX or related services, or

* with the delay or inability to use INTRENEX or related services;

* the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtained through INTRENEX; or

* otherwise arising out of the use of INTRENEX, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if INTRENEX, or any of its suppliers has been advised of the possibility of damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of INTRENEX, or with any of these terms of service or the additional terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the INTRENEX system and its related services and products.

LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY

INTRENEX shall have no liability or responsibility for:

a) any injury or loss, in whole or in part, by its omissions, additions, actions, or negligence, or for contingencies beyond its control, in compiling, presenting, or delivering data;

b) any misrepresentations, omissions, errors, inaccuracies in or corruption of data no matter how it was caused or delayed; or

c) any decision taken or not taken in the reliability of the data given hereunder.

INTRENEX makes and implies no warranty, guaranty, or representation of the content, accuracy, sequence, completeness, or timeliness of the Data or that the Data can be relied upon for any reason. It makes and implies no warranty, guaranty or representation that the data found here will be errorless or continuous or that any mistakes can be corrected

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit INTRENEX or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

Links within the INTRENEX System may let you leave the INTRENEX System. You acknowledge that the linked sites are not under the control of INTRENEX and that INTRENEX is not responsible for the contents or operation of such linked sites or any link contained in such linked site, any changes or updates to such sites, or Web casting or any other form of transmission received from any linked site. INTRENEX is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by INTRENEX of the linked site or any association with their operators.

PRIVACY

All personal data collected and processed for purchases, sales and INTRENEX items is used in the juridical correctness with Austrian law. Every further collection of personal or other user data is done with additional accordance by the user. All relevant data for credit-card processing is transferred SSL-encrypted and will not be saved at INTRENEX.

ABOUT COST ESTIMATES, INSTALLATION SIZES AND PRICE DISCOVERY

The supergrid structure that INTRENEX proposes is based on a mathematical model that was run in 2005 and leaves out economical factors as inflation, capital cost, recession or any other disaster to the economy. Therefore the estimates given in this web-presentation of www.intrenex.com can by no means be legally binding as a multitude of factors will come into play the nearer the real construction works come. We have gathered information that is publicly available for cost estimates and installation dimensions but these estimates sometime differ by more than 100%. We must declare that we have not yet asked any manufacturer of the technologies presented here for cost estimates as they will not give estimates when there is no real project behind the request. Each project can vary greatly in costs and difficulties. We have chosen a reasonable price in all cases but reality can show that something that looked easy from remote becomes very difficult on site. The cost estimates given here might lead you to the conclusion that a „certain fixed amount“ of investment can be set and there will be no need to pay more. INTRENEX can by no means guarantee some fixed sum for a project with a fixed size as the real project costs are yet unknown and the real price still has to be discovered. There will be no legal claims accepted that a certain sum was not met or a certain installation was not built that has been presented on the web page of www.intrenex.com. The project is in a flow situation and the nearer the construction phase gets, the better the estimates will be. INTRENEX will post regularly updated cost estimates for a certain component of the grid online under the website of www.intrenex.com and there will be an investor’s newsletter to inform all investors about the developments in cost estimates and construction advances.

Before you make any supportive decision you must commit your support to an uncertain outcome as the dimensions of the project are very large and there is no way that costs for all components can be calculated in detail in advance. It will of course be possible that you withdraw your support should you not be confident with the price development. There will be a plattform on www.intrenex.com where you can offer your investment certificates for sale to other customers. In case INTRENEX faces a “fire-sale” catastrophy, INTRENEX will halt all business and all investment certificates will be dissolved by INTRENEX
. This transaction will be in the size of your support minus the expenses paid so far divided by all supporters.

INTRENEX will of course try to use your support in the most effective way possible, but this is true for all businesses. As there will be paid no dividend but interest to the investor the company is not designed on the principle of maximising profits. So there can be no claims accepted about failure to generate a certain profit.

The target INTRENEX has is to create renewable energy at the lowest price possible. The „final“ price in Eurocent/kWh presented on www.intrenex.com is an estimate based on reasonable assumptions that also went in the mathematical model for the project. The model was run in 2005 and prices may vary today but weather patterns might not yet have changed a lot due to climate change. Any legal claim about a certain price outcome in Eurocent/kWh at a certain point in time will not be accepted as the timespan for this price discovery is more than 20 years and we do not yet have a lot of real world data about the price developments.

In the end phase of the INTRENEX enterprise the price per kWh will slowly be reduced to the low end price but there will be no legal claims accepted as to when a certain price-level should be reached or be made available to all it’s customers. It might also be possible that customers in different countries will have a different price level as the investments will differ on a per country basis. You accept that you can not make any legal claim about a certain price level to be reached at a certain period of time. You accept that the price level for your region will be gradually adjusted until a final end-price will be reached based on the calculations of INTRENEX.

This end-price however is also based on many different factors that are yet unknown and so the price might also vary when the project is finally developed and the installations are working as designed in their final dimensions. The goal remains in place: provide the cheapest price possible to all it’s customers. There will be no legal claims accepted that a certain price should be set „after“ the project is finished. You accept that you pay the price INTRENEX sets for any time interval for a given region.
